Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan arogya yojana is a health insurance cover scheme launched by government of maharashtra state. This policy earlier known as "Rajiv Gandhi Jeevandayee Arogya Yojana".  On 13^th April 2017 is scheme renamed by government. In this scheme government provides quality medical insurance access for BPL families and white card holders.

Eligibility For Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana

1. This scheme is only for maharashtrian people.

2. Available for Orange card, Antyodaya Card, and annapurna card holder.

3. Annual income shoul be less than 1 lac per anum.

2. Ration Card

3. Doctor’s Certificate mentioned with treatment expenses.

4. 3 Passport size Photo of patient

5. Prescription of doctor.

Covered :

Lobar pneumonia, Aspiration pneumonia, Broncho pneumonia, pneumothorax, pneumoconiosis, pneumonectomy, Numerous medical and surgical gastroenterology related procedures, Diabetic retinopathy, Uncontrolled diabetes with infectious emergencies, Diabetic ketoacidosis, Snakebite with ventilation support, Diaphragmatic Hernia, Appendicular Perforation.

Not covered :

Pneumonia, Diarrhoea, Diabetes, Snakebite without ventilation support, Hernia and Appendicitis (unless it is an emergency).
